 POLICE ACTION: TURMOIL IN KASHMIR

          Saturday, 18th April 2015: The violence erupted at many places of Jammu & Kashmir on Saturday in the protest of Tral encounter and the arrest of the separatist leader, Masarat Aalam.
         A youth demonstrator was died and the police have detained Yasin Malick, JKLF president, and Swami Agnivesh, a social worker, while going to the spot; after that they were released.
         The government has ordered the magistrate to probe the matter. The strong supporter of separation, Yasin Malick said, "There will not be any separate re-establishment for Kashmiri Pundit." Swami Agnivesh added, " The separatism prevails Terrorism."
        Hurriyat Conference called a Bandh on Saturday in the valley, which affected the day life  at various places. 
       Three youths sustained injuries during the scuffle between the demonstrators and the police force. One dead of police firing. The injured youths were rushed to hospital at Srinagar.     
       Police expressed regret over the incident and said."  The police force were pressed to open the fire when the mobs incessantly pelted stones around over them. "The official added, " We have registered the case and started the probe under different sections."
      Mr. Mirwaij Farook and various other left front leaders are under the house arrest seeing the situation turned violent after the death of two youths on Monday during Tral encounter in Poolwama South Kashmir. 
    NPP leader Bhim Singh said, "The talks on the issue only can solve the problem; the violence path in Kashmir is not going to conclude any fruitful solution."
    Deputy Chief Minister of Jammu & Kashmir, Nirmal Singh, said, " the separatist are intending  to repeat the past situation in Kashmir, but the government will take tough action against them."
