Rajvir said, “The Public Service Commission had notified 6628 vacancies; namely, 3616 general, 2211 SC, 235ST 566 OBC, but the commission again revised the vacancies before conducting competitive exam. Its new notification on date 20 August 2014 the vacancies were substituted with the various reservation categories as 2515 general, 1882SC, 201 ST 2030 OBC.”
The 29 candidates of these filed a writ petition against the modification by the commission, but many candidates filed another writ petition for conditional joining of service.

The commission issued the appointment letters of 5629; and the result declared of 6599 qualifying that created the grudge among the candidates deprived of appointment letters.
