Judges of Hydrabad High Court have been suspended in Judicial Service. It is a second ever case in India when judges have gone on mass casual leave for 15
days in protest against the disciplinary action of High Court on Tuesday.
The 200 Judges, working in Telangana state, in protest against this suspension have gone on strike for the revocation of suspension.
The High Court has suspended 2 Judges on
Monday; consequently 7 Judges on Tuesday. the demonstration is continued for
the provisional allocation of Judicial officers between Andhra Pradesh and
Telangana. More than 100 Judges of Telangana Judges Association are
demonstrating since Monday.
The demonstration is in protest against the
Judges appointment in the court of Telangana from Andhra Origin. 120 Judges
have yet resigned because of this. The protest is continued for not being taken
back the provisional list of allocation.
