The BJP and the congress both had filed the writ petitions in the apex court against the decision which was given by the Delhi High Court have now been withdrawn.
The allegations, in a public interest litigation filed at Delhi High Court, were that the BJP and the Congress both had accepted the donation by unfair way in the year 2010; which Delhi High court ordered to the government and the Election Commission to investigate on the matter.
Both parties filed then an appeal in Supreme Court against the decision of Delhi High Court.
In the year 2010, the government in the FCRA Act had substituted that such donation should not be obligated to disclose in public— both parties then got the heave of sigh! The revision in the foregoing provision of act will affect the preceding terms; or the new provision passed in the bill will affect over the previous terms. Eventually, both the parties have withdrawn the appeal in Supreme Court.
After the revision of act it do clear that the taken decision differ both of them on any other issues else — but they are unite on the donation matter; there is no difference on the matter.
This is a clear concept that the people will have to declare their income; need not to the political parties.

The home minister, Rajnath Singh, calls all party meeting on Thursday morning at 10 o'clock.

Rahul Gandhi, targeting the PM Modi on the issue of notes ban, has said in the attacking way that the opposition is demanding: "the PM must reply in the House". Why isn’t he coming here? Why is he in nervousness??
Not so much, Rahul Gandhi said that the PM hadn’t talked with the Finance Minister on or about the currencies ban. The decision was not in cognizance of the FM, but was by the PM. whatever he did was a big financial test without preparation.
The difficulties of Modi government, facing the attack of opposition on the demonitisation from the beginning of winter session, may increase now. The United Opposition Front protested near statue of Mahatma Gandhi in the House campus after the meeting of MPs on Wednesday morning at 9.30 o’clock. The opposition is demanding that the PM Modi must be present during the argument of demonitisation when the house goes for discussion under rule 156; the allegation of leaks on the currencies ban should be probed by the JPC. The opposition has warned that if the demands are not considered, the session will be interrupted.

India’s worst train tragedy in 6 years

By on Monday, November 21, 2016
The scattered compartments on track after derailment are being cut to evacuate the trapped passengers. The children are not able to tell their father's name. Mother with the pictures taken in hand of her babies is dumb. The old man is looking his new generation in front himself being succumbed to injuries.
The victims were provided help late, which caused the death toll rise. The injured passengers fighting for the life in hospital were allocated the ban notes as relief. The government and the opposition expressed the grief for the sufferers only -- nothing else!
If the centre and the state governments had sensed it really after the accident, the search and help operation could have been done rapidly.

The death toll has risen 149 after the train accident in Pukhrayan under district Kanpur so far. The passengers are injured more than death, many of them are serious

115 killed;226 injured in train derail tragedy

By on Monday, November 21, 2016
The 14 compartments in a predawn train accident derailed from the railway track after a big jerk at Pukhrayan in Kanpur Uttar Pradesh . The Indore-Patna Express which was running from Indore to Patna was in speed and the compartments after the derail collided with one another and were falling on the ground. It was predawn time when the passengers had slept in deep. Some of them had closed their eyes forever; and who wake found a scene of shake dream.
According to the report 121 passengers were killed; while 76 were injured in this accident. 150 passengers were minor injured. The victims are being searched by their kin; many fathers who survived are searching their dearest daughters, but are not able to trace.
The administration said that it is in search to the lost passengers with heart and soul
The government increased in the train fare for the purpose of safety, but look at the safety norms of government, which succumbed the hundreds of people into death toll and untraced many is still not located.
When the death toll rises more than hundred, the government announced that the inquiry has been set up, the accused will be punished.
When zero accident mechanism was being discussed thoroughly in the railway development camp, this accident teased the government. The rail minister, Suresh Prabhu, left for the accident spot from the camp at Surajkund. he also visited the hospital where he met with the injured. The minister took the information about the whole incident from the officials. He said, “it is the priority of government to provide assistance to the injured and sufferers.”
The rail minister kept on increasing the rail fare and always claimed that the safety of passengers was his aim, but where has he left those safeties in Rs 1.25 lakh crore rail budget, which was always in his song? The rail budget of FY-2016-17 is Rs 1.21 thousand crore, which was increased 21% in comparison of last budget.
1-If the rail track was broken, why didn't it traced before?
2-Why was the decision taken to run the train If the crack had in track?
3-Why didn't the government take the responsibility for the guarantee of safety in the journey; while the fare is increased?
4-How long it will take to make a solid plan for bridges and track improvement
5-Why the 90 thousand posts are vacate for the safety purpose

The UP campaign aims at creating a sustainable environment in the state by moving towards renewable energy; highlighting measures for healthy air and clean water, and ensuring proper waste management.
The problems in UP are Rapid urbanization and development, which has led to increase level of pollution in every part of the state.

Government Vs Public Interest

By on Monday, November 14, 2016
Kshitiz Kant; Editor
The union government banned note currencies of Rs 500 and Rs1000. The Finance Minister told that the ATMs will dispense cash normally after 21 days.

The government can control by cancellation the currencies, but it has the responsibility to manage its redistribution. The Janta Party Government had banned the currency of Rs1000 to clean the black money from the Indian Economy in 1978.
Public Crises
The Modi government has hurriedly declared to ban on the big notes; but the needful co-operation by the public has its limit. The hands-to-mouth men of the labourers have been affected for their daily wages because those who give them daily work have lost their paying capacity.
The decision badly affected to those who are the pension holders and are in queue at banks to withdraw the currencies to fulfill their daily need.
The persons are in crises to buy the medicine to save their dearest; those who had promised to wed their daughters; and the scheduled date fall during the ban period are also facing the difficulties.
The crowd surged, whether it are at banks or at ATMs, because the money is the need to live in society; exactly like blood needed to a human body to survive.
Why the steps demonetization
The union government was failing to implement its economic policies; so the demonetization is the consequence of non-compliance of economic rules and restrictions by the system.
The black money amounting was Rs 8000 crores during year 2001; and the amount may recently increased beyond the expectation.
Whenever the centre tries to control the credit in some areas; the economy of black money, having made available itself the credit services, foils the policy of government.
What happened
Now we should not search the black money somewhere else; we should inquire the 5 star hotels where the vacations are enjoyed; costly restaurants where the money are spent with free hands; the race course where the money are spent in horse race; the luxurious decorations in buildings.
The black money is in Indian economy persistently gnawing it like termites.
The commodities become short in economy. The control over the rates and distribution is an important step to remove the flaws of shortage of these goods. The control is misused and born the trafficking, the profiteering, and the tax evasion — this creates black money.
The political atmosphere in the country generates the black money. The elections are the expensive nowadays, and the rich who possess the black money provide these currencies as contribution to the parties. By this way, the black money are a spending like outlet.
The commission, the bribe, and the guarantees -- all are paid by black money. The inflation and the black money both have the positive co relation. The correct distribution of monetary income under inflation is not possible which generate the black money. The price rises because of black money. the steps, unearth of black money from India, are as follows: the currencies of big notes should be banned; and issued new notes; the high rates should be slashed; the control and license should be done minimum; the contribution to the political parties should be regularized. the agricultural income to be taxed; the production tax to be imposed.

The inflation is poison to the economy; if having thought it an infant we left it, after some time the baby creep and then begins to run on foot. The treatment to eliminate it is to withdraw the big currency notes and supply new circulation for the public purpose.
PM Modi said during the inauguration of Greenfield airport at Panaji, “Only 50 days are required; the honest persons are supporting my steps; if any mistake emerges after 30th December, I am the accused.”

By on Wednesday, November 09, 2016

The move was announced in a sudden address at 8 pm that was televised across all news channels.
The demonetization of Rs 1,000 and Rs 500 notes is a major assault on black money hoarders, fake currency, and corruption.

The end to the legal tender of the Rs 500 and Rs 1000 notes comes into effect the midnight between Tuesday and Wednesday, as soon as the date turns to November 9. ATMs will not work on November 9 and at some places on November 10 as well.

Treasure for industrialists -- nothing for peasants and army:Rahul Gandhi

By on Saturday, November 05, 2016
The union government is facing the administrative, legal, and financial constraint to implement OROP in toto, but the opposition, chiefly congress, has opened a front against the union government. Mr Rahul Gandhi, after Ram Krishn Grewal’s suicidal death, is trying the government to round-up into the trial box. Rahul on Friday said that the ex-servicemen have told him the matter is not for here the dues – it is for their respect here.
Rahul alleged that the Modi Government has not fulfilled its promise what it had assured to the ex-servicemen; has not yet implemented it knowingly; the government is deceiving the armed force personnel with the public. Rahul has alleged to the Prime Minister for telling the lies. He said, “The government has opened its treasure for the industrialists, but there is nothing for the peasants and army. The ex-servicemen are staging indefinite Dharna since last 509 days and is continued till today for their demand for OROP.”
The Delhi Police has misbehaved with the martyr’s family; it dragged the family members; it detained the family in police station without reasons while the body was lying in hospital. Ram KIshan Grewal served the nation with his whole life.
Because whoever raises their voice against the atrocities of this government will face such behavior; so there is no problem for me to be in police custody. The government should apologize for the police misconduct.

It is noticeable that Ram Kishan Grewal, ex-servicemen and resident of Haryana, had committed suicide. After the funeral of Ram Kishan Grewal on Thursday at Haryana Bhiwani, a candle March was organized by the cong activists in Delhi from Jantar Mantar attended by the congress leader Rahul Gandhi . The last rite was attended by the Delhi CM Mr.Arvind Kejriwal, and the Congress Vice President, Mr Rahul Gandhi.

Why only Muslims prisoners break out of jail and not Hindus, questions Bhopal encounter:Mr Digvijaya Singh, Congress

By on Tuesday, November 01, 2016
Mr Digvijaya Singh, Congress
The politics over Bhopal encounter is going on non-stop. Mr Digvijaya Singh, Congress veteran leader and former chief minister of Madhya Pradesh, has questioned to: why do Muslims prisoners break the jail to flee from; and why doesn’t Hindu prisoners do this?? The probe case of 8 SIMI suspected men killed in an encounter have been referred to the SIT.

The NIA should investigate the matter in the supervision of Supreme Court, Mr Singh said. Why do Muslim prisoners escape from jail? What are the facts behind it should be probed even?

Mr. Kiren Rijiju, Union Minister of State for Home Affairs, said, ‘we should leave the tendency of questioning over the officers and the police. The facts will surface.'

The CPI (M) leader, Prakash Karat, has demanded that the matter should be probed by independent body, but it should not be NIA.
The police in the BJP ruling state under the RSS agenda are being used; the bloodshed of Vyapam scam is a concrete example: Mayawati, former CM of UP, said.

Ravishankar prasad said, "Whatever Digvijay Singh said will have to ask with Sonia Ji, 'whether his statement is the stand of Congress Party, or not?'"

Digvijay Singh had raised question over Batla House Encounter; and Sonia had to say that was not 'the party line'.
Rihai Manch said: "whenever the state home minister can say that the prisoners having opened the locks of jail by wooden keys fled from the scene is unbelievable and need to be probed."
