No funding from outside; no ISIS support – internet guided terror activities

Daljeet Chawdhary,ADG(Law and Order UP), denied that Saifullah and his accomplice had any link directly with ISIS. They were the followers of IS through social media and internet. They had been intending to make their recognition as Khorasan module of ISIS.
ADG Chaudhary told that they were in dragnet of police after the Madhya Pradesh incident. 6 suspected terrorists of Khorasan module of ISIS in MP and UP were arrested later this. It was Saifullah who had hatched the conspiracy of bomb blast in passenger train Bhopal-Ujjain on Tuesday.
Saifullah, resident of Jajmau Kanpur, had taken a house on rent of Haji colony at Kakori an outskirt area of Lucknow to work with his conspiracy. This is the place where the police encounter was carried out on Tuesday till 11 hours. Faisal Khan from Kanpur and Fakhr-e-Alam from Etawa were arrested together this.
According to the ADG, there had been inputs about another accused. The search is continued about him because he has succeeded to escape, but he will be clutched shortly.
The special police station of ATS is situated in Lucknow where all the FIRs of cases in this connection is being registered and the accused who have been arrested have been registered against them the cases in this police station… and further more the other cases after the arrest will be lodged here.

He told that there have been recovered heavy amount of weapons and Mobile phone, gold, foreign currencies, Pancard, Adharcard, Map, educational documents, laptop together Urdu and English books from the possession of encounter spot. One of 3 passports is of Saifullah, which had superscribed the address of Kanpur.
He disclosed that the accused had learnt to compose bomb and IED through Internet. The laptop and documents recovered from them have revealed about this clues.
Chaudhary told that Saifullah was firing from different rooms, so it appeared that there might be more presence, but that Saifullah was alone there confirmed.

ADG, replying to a question, said that it might have been wrong to say that they had any target. No information in this connection has been collected yet. He said they all were self-abetted.  They had not been supported or helped from outside. They were intending to be recognized as Khorasan module of ISIS.
