Russian tourist's ATM pin locked;begged outside TN temple while wandering

A Russian tourist was begging outside the temple, Sri Kumarkottam, in Kanchipuram Tamilnadu. Evangelin, 25, was on his journey to South India; meanwhile his ATM pin had been locked. he had no way for the incidental expenses; consequently he was in pressure to beg outside the temple.
Taking media report in cognizance, Indian foreign minister has assured to help Evenglin.
Sushma Swaraj, foreign minister, said, “Evengelin, your country is our tested close friend. our officers will help you in Chennai.”
This Russian tourist landed in India on 25th September and he was in Kanchipuram on Tuesday this week. after a while visiting to some temples he visited nearby ATM. The required money was not dispensed by ATM because of his pin had locked.
As he was in confusion there, he adopted the way to beg outside the temple.

The locals reported this incident to police. Police reached to the spot at temple and took him to police station. The police gave a sum of rupees to him after inspecting all the documents and suggested him to go to Chennai.
