PATNA:The 4th phase polling in Bihar assembly election has been completed. There were seen the long queues of voters on polling station till evening.
57.59% polling has been registered till 5 pm. The election commission took a historical decision. The  booth no.50 of Purnahia of Sheohar will continue its polling till late evening 8 pm. The clashing between the police and  public  was reported here. The polling was prevented because of this.
A dozen of EVMs was found faulty in 8 areas of Sitamarhi assembly constituency. It was the reason of hurdle. The EVM of booth no.28 in Sugauli of Eastern Champaran was faulty which prevented the polling

 PM Modi tweeted early  morning, "The emerging situation tells, 'The people are going to change in Bihar.'"  
The polling was organized for 55 assembly constituency seats on Sunday, which have decided the future prospects of 776 candidates including 57 women by 1.47 crore of voters. The voters have franchised their votes for 7 districts in this phase; namely, Eastern Champaran,Western Champaran, Sheohar, Sitamarhi, Siwan, Muzaffarpur and Gopalganj.
According to commission, the 1,47,39,120 crore voters are electing their delegates in 4th phase. 14, 139 polling centres had been established and the high security were deployed there during the poll.
The personnels of paramilitary forces were deployed on every polling stations. There were also air watching; the 38 boats were patrolling in the rivers flow for which assembly constituencies.
The mandate of this phase will decide the future of the giants; minister, Ramai Ram, Lavli Anand, Ranju Geeta, Manoj Kumar Singh; former minister, Maha Chandra Singh, Vinay Bihari and Shahid Ali Khan. It is expected here contest is between the ruling Mahagathbandhan(grand alliance) and the NDA. The left wing, the 3rd Front of SP and the BSP -- all are in fray. Many others are in fray as the independent candidates after denial party tickets.
It is noticeable that the election commission has held the polling of assembly election of bihar for 243 seats in 5 phase. The 4 phase for 186 assembly seats have been completed peacefully. The 5th phase is to be held on November 5; and the votes counting will undertake on November 8.
