Prime Minister launched 'Stand Up India'; at least one woman, one Dalit to be encouraged from 1.25 lakh banks
The Prime Minister,
Narendra Modi, launched Stand-up India campaign at NOIDA on Tuesday. The Union
Home Minister, Rajnath singh, the union Finance Minister, Arun Jaitley, the
governor of Uttar Pradesh, Ram Nike and the PM were present on this occasion.
The Prime Minister Modi and the governor, Ram Naik both preferred aboard into
e-rickshaw; reached to the programme.
1. The selected people were given
the loan grant letter under ‘Stand-up India’ by PM Modi during the inauguration
of the campaign.
2. Also the PM has launched
the website to make successful ‘Stand-up India and to provide the various
information added to this programme.
3. The plan ‘Stand-up India’
to the Dalits and women has the provision to sanction Rs 10 lakhs to Rs one
crore for the business purpose.
4. The target of programme is
to elevate Dalits and deprived under 'Stand-up India'
5. PM MODI said in his address
that the people now job seekers will turn into jobs providers.
6. Stand-up India programme
has been launched on birth anniversary of former rail minister Late-Jagjivan Ram.
7. Many Dalit parliament
members of the country have participated in the held programme ‘Stand-up
India’.
8. The entrepreneurs 2.5 lakhs
will be prepared in the SC, ST class under the program Stand-up India.
9. At least a woman and then a
Dalit entrepreneurs in sequence under 'Stand-Up India’ in the country from 1.25
lakh bank branches will be encouraged.

The Prime Minister inaugurated the Skills Development Centre in Noida
and 5100 people were distributed e-rickshaws also on the occasion.
The finance minister narrated many
achievements of the government in this programme. He said the government’s
first strategy was to add people from banks under ‘Jan Dhan Yojna’ and the
government got success in the first phase. The second scheme was to provide
every people insurance and pension; consequently we have added the people to
provide the benefit of insurance and pension by the Jan Dhan accounts.
