Teachers Association opened front against Corruption, Harassment and Victimization by Managements

The corruption,
harassment and victimization by the management of girls PG Colleges are being
protested by the LUACTA and Madhyamik Shikshak Sangh.
Mr RP Mishra, the president of Madhyamik
Shikshak Sangh UP, and Mr Manoj Pandey, the president of LUACTA held a joint
press conference at queens college Lucknow on Sunday.
Mr. RP Mishra said, “The
manager, NKV inter and Degree College, is harassing the teachers, which caused
a fear among them of having seen the dismissal of two employees, RS Sharma and
Chandra Prakash in the bogus allegations in year 2013. None of them are able to
dare against the oppressive activities of manager. The corruption is raising
high in these girls colleges, which caused a loot and chaos here by the
managements.”
He said, "we will
fight against the corruption and harassment, and we are going to stage a Dharna
on December 12th next month outside at main gate of NKV Inter College and
Degree College."
He added that the
malpractices of management would be disclosed before the state administration.
The Higher Authorities would be apprised with realities by the personal meeting
and the memorandums have been sent to inform.
Mr Manoj Pandey said,
“The management is collecting levy from the teachers for organizing program at
the college.”
He said, “We demand a
CBI inquiry to be set up against the managements and till the probe there must
be deployed an authorized controllers.”
He added that the two
teachers, Dr. Mamta Verma and Dr Sadhna Mishra were to be joined in NKV Degree
College; and in this connection, an order for the joining purpose was issued by
the Vice Chancellor Lucknow University; but both of them are still waiting to
join here.
When Dr Manoj Pandey,
president LUACTA, tried to pursue the matter, an FIR has been registered by the
management against Dr Pandey.
He has alleged that the
manager of NKV is involved in many cases of corruption, and according to the
local audit department has confirmed misappropriation of college fund against
the manager.
The records of taking
fees with the primary and junior girls’ students have been destroyed, and duped
the money. The manager had the nexus with the DIOS who authorized him; while
the society is still disputed.
